Community Pool
Zero-entry, beach-style entry. Lounge chairs, cabanas, shaded lanai with TVs.
Solterra homes are standalone estates, so you get your own front door, your own pool, your own quiet morning. But the reason guests keep coming back is what happens inside the gates. Four acres of shared amenity space anchor the community, with a zero-entry pool, a water slide, a lazy river, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and a fitness center. Walt Disney World is twenty minutes down the road. Some days you won’t feel like leaving Solterra at all.
The parks are why most groups book the trip. Somewhere around day three, that changes. The kids find the waterslide, the teenagers find the volleyball court, and someone in the group declares an unofficial lazy river hour after lunch at Café Sol. Disney is still twenty minutes down the road. Most of the trip happens between your private pool and the four acres of amenity space next door.
Four acres of amenity space sit at the heart of Solterra. A zero-entry pool, a water slide, a lazy river, Café Sol, tennis and pickleball courts, and sand volleyball, all just outside your front gate.

Every Solterra booking arrives with the small things already handled, plus a roster of paid extras for when you want the trip dialed in:
The space of a villa. The standards of a hotel.
One published bar, met by every home in the portfolio. What you book is what you get.
Every home meets a published bar. The three tiers describe what sits above that bar — the depth of design, finish, and guest experience.
Premier
The foundation of the portfolio. Every Premier home is professionally managed, individually inspected, and held to a quality standard that sits meaningfully above what you’ll find on a marketplace.
Signature
Elevated above the foundation — deliberate design, premium amenities, a richer guest experience. Signature homes earn the higher tier through what they offer above the base, not through better operations.
Luxe
Our highest classification. Luxury finishes, curated interiors, and a high-touch experience — the homes you remember years later. A small share of the portfolio.
