The foundation of the portfolio. Every Premier home is professionally managed, individually inspected, and held to a quality standard that sits meaningfully above what you’ll find on a marketplace. A home only qualifies for Homes by Villatel once it clears this bar.
HBV SIGNATURE
Elevated above the foundation — deliberate design, premium amenities, a richer guest experience. Signature homes earn the higher tier through what they offer above the base, not through better operations. Care is a constant.
HBV LUXE
Our highest classification. Luxury finishes, curated interiors, and a high-touch experience — the homes you remember years later. A small share of the portfolio. Held to a higher inspection cadence and a higher review threshold.
