Our Homes by Villatel estates at Reunion range from 6 to 10 bedrooms, each with a private pool and spa, themed bedrooms, a home theater, and a game room. The parks are part of the plan. They’re not the whole plan. Reunion sits on 2,300 acres of gated, professionally landscaped grounds with seven on-site restaurants, community pools, and bike paths that make leaving the community optional. Inside your home: a private pool, themed bedrooms the kids will fight over, and a theater for the rainy afternoon. Walt Disney World is 20 minutes away when you’re ready for it.

Reunion is operated separately from Homes by Villatel, but your stay includes access to the community’s pools, on-site restaurants, and bike rentals. Other community amenities (the waterpark, the golf courses, certain experiences) may require a separate access fee through the community. Your Guest Experience team can help you plan.

Reunion is a gated 2,300-acre community at 7593 Gathering Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34747. About 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 40 minutes from Universal, and 30 to 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Reunion offers a range of on-site amenities for guests staying at the community. Guests staying in a Homes by Villatel home at Reunion can access Reunion’s community pools, on-site restaurants, and bike rentals.
Every Reunion home includes a private pool and spa, themed bedrooms (princess rooms, sports themes, character rooms, and more), a home theater, a game room with arcade and billiards, and hotel-grade linens. Homes range from 6 to 10 bedrooms and sleep 16 to 26 guests. Floor plans vary, but typical features include game lofts with bar, sports arcades, secret themed rooms, and private balconies.
Yes. The Guest Experience team (available 24/7) can arrange pre-arrival grocery stocking, private chef experiences, daily housekeeping, pool heat, patio grill rental, stroller and crib rentals, and curated add-on packages including movie marathon and pool party kits. Add-on services are billed separately from the base stay.
Reunion homes are not pet-friendly. Pets are not permitted at our Reunion properties. ADA-certified service dogs are always welcome at no charge.
Every Reunion home has a private spa. Pool and spa heat is available as a daily add-on. Once heated, pools reach 82 to 86°F and spas reach 102°F. Heating the pool can take up to 24 hours, so we recommend reserving pool heat in advance. Note that the spas are integrated with the pool heating system rather than standalone hot tubs.
During the reservation and check-in process, you’ll be made aware of the maximum number of vehicles permitted at the property. Most Reunion homes accommodate up to four vehicles, with the driveway holding two standard-sized cars. Gate access tags are provided at check-in. RVs, large vans, tractors, and buses are not permitted inside the community.
Minimum stay at Reunion is three nights. Longer minimums apply during holidays and peak weeks. Each home’s listing shows the minimum-night requirement for your chosen dates.
On the day of arrival, check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM.
You’ll receive a check-in email three days before arrival with gate access codes, the home’s keypad code, parking information, and your dedicated Guest Experience team contact. Self check-in is available 24/7 once your home is ready at 4PM.
