Florida's Space Coast is the stretch of Atlantic coastline in Brevard County, from Titusville and Cape Canaveral in the north, down through Cocoa Beach, Satellite Beach, Indialantic, and Melbourne Beach. It is named for Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, the country's primary launch sites.
It varies by home. Some of our Space Coast properties sit right on the beach with private boardwalk access. Others are a short walk or a few blocks from the sand. Each listing shows the exact distance to the beach.
Yes. Concierge services are available on request, including grocery and pantry stocking before arrival, a private chef, daily or mid-stay housekeeping, crib and baby gear, airport transfers from Orlando or Melbourne Orlando International, and welcome provisions. Add them at booking or anytime during your stay.
On the day of arrival, check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM.
Plenty! Watch a rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center. Kayak with manatees at the Brevard Zoo. Cast a line or catch a wave at Sebastian Inlet. Wander the boutiques in Cocoa Village. Paddleboard the Indian River Lagoon, then stay for the bioluminescent tour after dark. Disney and Universal are an hour inland when you want one of those days.
A select number of our Space Coast homes are pet-friendly. Filter by pet-friendly when you search. Pet fees and restrictions vary by home.
Minimum stays vary by home and season, with most at two to five nights. Longer minimums apply during holidays and peak weeks. Each home’s listing shows the minimum-night requirement for your chosen dates.
You’ll receive a check-in email prior to arrival with your door code. Simply enter it on the keypad and head inside!

Each bathroom features a starter kit of travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a roll of toilet paper. Your home will also come equipped with a starter pantry kit, comprised of paper towel, garbage bags, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, a laundry detergent tab, and a stock of coffee and tea bags. Starter kits are only refilled with a purchase of our daily or mid-stay cleans.
For homes with private pools, pool and spa heat is available for a daily add-on fee that varies depending on the pool’s size. Once heated, pool temperatures are set to reach 82 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit; spas are set to reach 102 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the weather, it can take up to 24 hours to heat the pool, so we recommend reserving pool heat in advance of your stay if you’d like to add this service.
We take care of the rest. Before you go, simply close all windows, lock all doors, turn off lights and fans, and leave the thermostats at 72 degrees or higher. Feel free to leave behind any unopened food and drink items — our housekeeping team will donate these to local churches and charities on your behalf.
