The Village’s Event Center sits at the heart of the property, three ballrooms, two meeting rooms, and a playground built for guests. Just inside the gates, the Solterra amenity center adds a community pool, lazy river, courts, and four acres of recreation space.

On top of the courts, the pool, and the lazy river, the Village runs scheduled programming throughout the week, the kind of standing dates that turn into the trip’s actual memories.

The Village sits inside Solterra at 1713 Oak Blossom Dr, Davenport, FL 33837, about 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and 25 to 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
A 15,000-square-foot event and conference center at the heart of the property, three ballrooms (Manhattan, Miami, Hollywood), two grand foyers, two meeting rooms (Brickell, Wynwood), and an outdoor patio. Designed for reunions, weddings, corporate retreats, and large group events alongside the surrounding homes. Reserving the event center requires a Village accommodations booking.
Every home, every amenity, every staff member at The Village is Homes by Villatel. Most vacation home communities are mixed-operator: you book a home from one company, but the staff, the activities, and the team running it are run by someone else. At The Village, all of it is under one operator, held to one standard.
Yes. Guests staying at The Village have access to the Solterra amenity center, including the zero-entry community pool, waterslide, lazy river, hot tub, Café Sol poolside grill, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and sand volleyball.
Yes. Concierge services are available on request, including grocery and pantry stocking before arrival, a private chef, daily or mid-stay housekeeping, crib and baby gear, airport transfers, and welcome provisions. Add them at booking or anytime during your stay.
Every Village home has its own private pool and spa. Pool and spa heat is available as a daily add-on. Once heated, pools reach 82 to 86°F and spas reach 102°F. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to fully heat, so we recommend reserving pool heat in advance of your stay. Note that the spas are integrated with the pool heating system rather than standalone hot tubs.
Up to 5 vehicles are permitted per reservation. 6-bedroom homes accommodate 2 to 3 vehicles in the driveway; 11- and 12-bedroom homes accommodate up to 5. Designated street parking is available within the community. Vehicles must be registered with Villatel in advance of arrival. Gate access and parking tags are provided at check-in. Vehicles parked on grass or blocking driveways will be towed.
A select number of homes at The Village are pet-friendly. Filter by pet-friendly when you search. Pet fees and restrictions vary by home.
Minimum stays vary by home and season, with most at two to five nights. Longer minimums apply during holidays and peak weeks. Each home’s listing shows the minimum-night requirement for your chosen dates.
On the day of arrival, check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM.
You’ll receive a check-in email prior to arrival with your door code. Simply enter it on the keypad and head inside!

Each bathroom features a starter kit of travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and a roll of toilet paper. Your home will also come equipped with a starter pantry kit, comprised of paper towel, garbage bags, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, a laundry detergent tab, and a stock of coffee and tea bags. Starter kits are only refilled with a purchase of our daily or mid-stay cleans.
We take care of the rest. Before you go, simply close all windows, lock all doors, turn off lights and fans, and leave the thermostats at 72 degrees or higher. Feel free to leave behind any unopened food and drink items — our housekeeping team will donate these to local churches and charities on your behalf.
Yes. Our homes are located across several communities. If your group needs multiple homes in the same community, we recommend calling our Reservations team directly at 407-307-2794 — they’ll identify what’s available and coordinate your booking to keep everyone together.
Yes. All of our homes with private pools are equipped with a child-friendly safety gate between the lanai and the pool area.
