• What time is check-in and check-out?

  On the day of arrival, check-in begins at 4PM. Check-out is at 10AM.

• Does every 6 bedroom rental have a spa?

  No, all 6-bedroom homes at The Village and the homes at Reunion all feature spas, but not all 6-bedroom homes at Harbor Island Resort do. Please check the listing details or reach out to the Guest Services team to confirm if your unit features a spa.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Cancellation policies vary by unit type and location. For our 6 bedroom homes at Harbor Island Beach Club and The Village, you may modify your reservation once up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability and current rates at the time of the change. Changes cannot be made within 30 days of arrival. If you cancel 30 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be retained. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable and the full balance will be due. For our 6 bedroom homes at Reunion, you may modify your reservation once up to 60 days before arrival, subject to availability and current rates at the time of the change. Changes cannot be made within 60 days of arrival. If you cancel 60 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be retained. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable and the full balance will be due.

• How will I know how to get into my home?

  You’ll receive a code for the front door of your house via email 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
