Step into the spacious and elegant great room to sink into the comfy couches surrounding the oversized TV—or lay down a family challenge on the pool table that is a highlight of this space.

Kitchen & Dining Masterpiece meals come together easily in the fully equipped open-concept chef's kitchen—featuring sleek gray custom cabinetry, blue and white mini subway tiles, and a white stone floor. Grab a snack at the breakfast bar, or savor a leisurely meal together at the Polished dining table with plenty of seating.

Movie Theater/Arcade Room Find excitement around every corner, including in the garage-turned-theater with an adjacent arcade. Sink into the comfortable seats to watch your favorite big-screen movies! Or enjoy an intermission like none other with an exciting array of classic arcade games.

Pool & Patio Step outside to take a dip in the sparkling blue water of your private screened pool and spa. Play foosball on the patio or simply relax poolside on a lounger. The covered outdoor kitchen with its lanai sitting area and dining table is a great spot for lunch or dinner.

Bedtime is easier than ever when you tuck your little princesses and princes into the cozy Nordic cottage bunk beds, where they can put their superpowers to rest for the night. Come morning, the kids will love discovering the closet that doubles as a secret game room!

Bedrooms (King & Queen) Featuring high-end materials and stylish, modern décor, five additional inviting bedrooms with private baths cater to the grownups in your group (though we don't blame if you want to sneak into those cozy cottages, #YOLO).

Conveniently located on the first floor, two of the bedrooms offer king-size beds and en suite baths (one bedroom even has a private entry to the pool area). Welcoming and relaxing, these sanctuaries feature natural fabrics and a soothing palette of taupes, creams, and grays with the occasional pop of color.

Upstairs, discover an expansive master bedroom with an en suite bath, walk-in closet, double sinks, shower, and bathtub. Two more second-floor bedrooms beckon with king and queen-size beds, private baths, and top-of-the-line amenities.
