Icy Oasis leans all the way into the details kids remember. The winter room is built around a glacial, snow-capped bedframe with life-size ice queens keeping watch, and the superhero room wraps its own life-size figures in cinematic wall art. These are the rooms that make bedtime an easy sell, which on a vacation is a small miracle.

The fun keeps going through the rest of the house. The main-floor home theater is set up for a proper movie night, with 10 leather recliners, LED lighting, a high-end projector and sound system, and a giant projection screen. Down the hall, the game loft brings a karaoke system, a kids' jungle gym, and a lounge with a smart TV, while the arcade room next door keeps a little friendly competition going with Pac-Man Basketball, Pac-Man Multi, and Dirty Drivin'.

Out back, your private screened-in pool and spillover spa are framed by loungers and patio space, the kind of spot you'll want to land in after a day at the parks. There's giant Connect Four and in-pool basketball to keep the family scoreboard running, and when everyone's hungry, the 12-seat patio table is right there overlooking the water.
